Source Energy Services required a comprehensive, specialized frac sand solution capable of managing 55,000 tonnes while maintaining operational flexibility and efficient logistics. The project demanded a high-capacity storage and handling system that enabled seamless loading and unloading,
ensuring a reliable and continuous supply to well sites.
To support efficient distribution, a bulk transload system was integrated, enabling seamless transfer of material to regional drilling sites. The facility was designed with a wide span interior to accommodate conveyors, loaders, and high-speed material handling equipment, maximizing
operational efficiency. Additionally, a corrosion-resistant structural system was implemented to withstand the abrasive nature of frac sand, ensuring long-term durability and reduced maintenance.
