Resource Management Inc

The Challenge:

In 2013, Resource Management Inc (RMI) was looking for a cost-effective, easy-to-assemble, and durable option for their biomaterial storage needs. They required a structure with a long life span, that could withstand the harsh effects of ammonia from fertilizer. They were also searching for an option that could save them money on electricity using natural light. RMI did install some LED’s for added light. By 2023, RMI was ready to expand its business of building healthy soils and looked to Calhoun to do so. Calhoun delivered in a timely fashion, providing two more storage solutions with hot-dipped galvanized trusses. This time, RMI opted out of installing LEDs, because there was no need for them.

The Solution:

In conjunction with Calhoun, Iron Horse Structures provided RMI with four buildings: VP Series 50′ x 60′ & 74′ x 120′ and two CC Series 42′ x 120′. Each structure was installed in mere days but was built to last against the harsh New Hampshire weather. With the addition of vents, RMI was able to customize its structure while maintaining a tight budget. For ten years, Calhoun has been RMI’s preferred solution!

"Back in 2012, we began research on buildings that would work for our business; it soon became apparent that Calhoun Super Structure was by far the best choice! Once we decided on Calhoun Super Structure ten years ago, there was no need to look elsewhere when we decided to expand our covered storage capacity."
