Fertilizer storage must be strong enough to resist corrosion and maintain the integrity of the ingredients. Custom fabric structures offer an ideal solution with dry storage and efficient ventilation at an affordable price.
The CC Series features a compression coupler structure which combines both couplers and gusset for superior pressure over the cords. Widths span from 32 to 62 feet to accommodate various amounts of fertilizer. Roof vent support systems ensure adequate ventilation, while wood posts and I-beams provide a strong foundation.
The HT Series features the same compression coupler design as the CC Series, but these structures have a higher top to provide more interior height for housing equipment. The extra height accommodates large trucks for unloading.
The VP Series offers extensive versatility to meet unique fertilizer storage needs. Interchangeable trusses enable the construction of virtually any size building, creating the appearance of a traditional building with eaves.
Our hot dip galvanized steel framing and hardware ensure superior building strength, while a high-density polyethylene coating provides exceptional durability. Additional options include steel legs, available in a variety of heights, Keder or PVC covers, and rubberized coating for even more durability.
VP Series Fertilizer storage buildings are economical and durable. They are also versatile and can be customized into various sizes and shapes. Lettering and images can also be included. Calhoun Super Structures can customize your fabric building fit virtually any application.
